At Yestoyata, we stand by the quality of our water purifiers and spare parts. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make every shopping experience smooth, secure, and worry-free. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and replacement options.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product. Any requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

Free Replacements for Faulty Products

If you’ve received a product that is not functioning properly or was damaged during delivery, we will provide a free replacement. To initiate a replacement, simply contact our support team and share a clear photo or video of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will dispatch a new product at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. These include used filters, opened membranes, or any product that has been installed or damaged after delivery. Additionally, custom orders and products returned after the 7-day period are not eligible for return or replacement.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and a photo or video if the product is damaged or incorrect. Our support team will respond quickly and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product. We’ll also keep you updated via email throughout the process.
